You know you have been into railroading too long when ...

You see a redcution in the speed limit due to construction and think of it as a temporary speed restriction.

You see a malfunctioning traffic light, giving more than one color at a time, and think it is a perfectly good signal, or think of it as being a imperfectly displayed signal.

When backing out of a blind parking spot you give three shorts on the horn.

When directing someone into a parking spot you give railroad hand signals, and the driver understands them perfectly. (I do this to Tony most Saturday nights when he is backing the truck in after a gig.)
