As most of you know I have bought a new car, and today I got the word I will be buying a house. :=3
This is the house I previously mentioned and the bid had been turned down. It seems that the owners lowered their bottom asking price and with some creative money wrangling, from Teri's side, we will sign the contract on Friday or Saturday and the closing will be on Aug. 23, 2006. :=3
That's right, they took the bid!!!
So the lion and tigress will be moving into a new place in about a month, with the only possible snag being the house doesn't pass inspection, and we don't see that happening. ;=3
When we sign the contract there will be a picture taken of the lion, the new car and the house. ;=3
