School PSA
by LionkingCMSL on DeviantArt

Tiffany Tiger, from the Suburban Jungle ( http://suburbanjungleclassic.com/ ) has made another Public Service Advertisement. She is a big believer in education. This is a still from that ad.
Her message is: "Life is not a game, so do not gamble with your future. It's your move. Stay in school or get your G. E. D."

School days
by LionkingCMSL on DeviantArt

Just a typical day in a typical school. The vixen teacher is looking askance at the backless outfit the tigress is wearing. Both teachers are scaled up to 105% from the normal 100% for the students.

Repair job
by LionkingCMSL on DeviantArt

A tiger and cougar team are repairing a light fixture that was damaged when the installers were putting in the new shelving in the warehouse. Needless to say they are not happy about doing unnecessary work. The cougar is in the operator's cab.

Warehouse by 3-D-C, toolbox, barely visibly, by Bionic Rooster, both of which are over at Renderosity.
Telehandler by S Studio. Hard Hat by Phil C. Clothes by Mada/BJB. I do not know where I got them.

Car parked under light
by LionkingCMSL on DeviantArt

I was testing some Vue settings and set up this scene.

Just a 1966 Mustang GT parked under a street light.

Street sections, wall sections and street lights by 3-D-C. Car by somebody. The light sources are Vue's Quadratic spot lights set with a 75 deg cut off angle and set to 250,000 lumens.

Posed in Poser Pro. Rendered in Vue Complete.

Tigers on vacation redux
by LionkingCMSL on DeviantArt

A while ago I rendered this scene ( http://lionkingcmsl.deviantart.com/art/Tigers-on-vacation-264510708 ) in Poser Pro 2012, which had 120 lights!

After playing with the ambient lighting channel and indirect lighting I was able to eliminate all the lights! The only light sources are from the lights that are built into the scene.

I feel that this is a more realistic render.

Yes, I know their feet aren't firmly planted on the deck. I noticed that after the render and then fixed it.

Tiger and tigress are from Lemurtek with their clothes from Poser 4. Space station corridors are from 3-D-C.

A view down a highway
by LionkingCMSL on DeviantArt

This is a view, looking west using, of Dreamland Models 81 block set using 5 of his Movie Set: City Block series, all over at Renderosity.

The city blocks I used are Block 11, rotated 180 deg, and centered, blocks 13 ,14, 15, and 18. The last 4 were used twice and the duplicates were rotated in various increments to give a more random look.

The lighting is from the Urban Sprawl set and is titled "Morning".

Posed and rendered in Poser Pro 2014 at 300 dpi.

This is a 3D version of the Crown Vic that I posted yesterday. In translating from a 2D drawing to the 3D model I did not get everything exactly the same.

I can see this as an actual police car.

Book Cover Lion
by LionkingCMSL on deviantART

This is my version of the cover for Jack Hamm's How To Draw Animals, as shown below:

I tried to get as close to the pose as I could, and I know the angle of view is wrong, as the cover is rotated a bit, but I think I came close. The cover does not include the tail nor has all the "parts" in the groin area, as it is a family oriented book.

3D SJnW Material Handling van
by LionkingCMSL on deviantART

This is a 3D version of the paint scheme on the 2014/2015 E-350 Vans.

The model is from Vanishing Point (VP) Models, over on Renderosity, and is based on an old E series van.

I like how the "new image" scheme works on the van.

Skinning done in Paint Shop Pro 8. Posing and rendering done in Poser Pro 2014.

Safe Area
by LionkingCMSL on deviantART

[livejournal.com profile] jfox once told me to help me relax to imagine a place where my spirit guide, Lion, and I would be safe. Such as an area on the savannah bounded by brush so Lion could see out and leap over if required, but any undesirables would not get in too readily.

Here is a rendering of said area. Lion and I were posed in Poser Pro and set into Vue Complete.

Figure and clothing are Poser 4 items. The lion is DAZ's Millennium Big Cat. All other items are from the Vue program.

A couple of notes: The shirt is too large, as it didn't scale properly when imported into Vue from Poser. There is a line of mountains in the background, but they can't been seen due to the haze.

The Watering Hole, Vue style
by LionkingCMSL on deviantART
As some of you know I have done the Suburban Jungle's Watering Hole in 3D and have rendered it in Bryce Pro 7.1. Well, I wanted to see how it looked when rendered with Vue Pro 2014.

I think the result is pretty amazing.

The only lights are the sun light coming in through the windows, the two booth lamps and the two florescent fixtures over the bar, part of one of which can been seen at top left.

The white panel on the lower right is the back of one of the booth benches.

The bar itself was modeled by me in AutoCadd 2000. The fire extinguisher, pay phone, TV, curtains, and flat panel register screen are models from various sources.

Rendered in Vue Pro 2014.

Altaica, Albert and Tiffany at home
by LionkingCMSL on deviantART

This image was inspired by one of my Suburban Jungle "Classic" fan fic, from way back.

In it Tiffany "visits" my universe's star ship the Lion's Den, where Altaica is head of WeaDefSec (Weapons, Defense and Security). They meet up with Altaica's mate Albert at one point.

Here Tiffany is at Altaica's and Albert's home, and is discussing her life with Albert, as Altaica is about to get some refreshments from the kitchen and is asking what the other two tigers want.

Altaica and Tiffany are Lemurtek's Shaharazad, with Tiffany having a custom skin by me. Albert is Lemurtek's Kahn figure. Both can be gotten from the Free section at Renderosity.

Tiffany's hair is from Little Dragon, also at Renderosity.

Altaica's hair is Radiant Jaguar Hair from DAZ.

Their clothes are standard Poser items, with Altaica's being modified Poser 5 items.

The set is the Great Room and yard from DAZ's Dream House, and the furniture is from Moya's Eclectic Great Room Furniture, also from DAZ.

The sunset is from Flink.

Lion Games, LLC truck line up - redux
by LionkingCMSL on deviantART

After someone noted that the front of the two large box vans didn't look quite right, they seemed to be lighted differently, I checked the materials and found that the "highlights" were actually darker than the base color. I have changed the base color to near black and made the highlights a bit lighter. Now the bumpers look more realistic. I also re-did the concrete pad, to get rid of the odd black shadows, and changed the material color of the outside lamps above the dock.

Everything else is the same as the previous render.

Here we have a line up of different Lion Games, LLC trucks waiting to be loaded and dispatched.

I would so love this scene to be real. :=3

Answer to previous render
by LionkingCMSL on deviantART

Here are the references.
First is Max, in the right foreground, from Code Name: Hunter, http://www.codenamehunter.com/index.php , as some of you guessed.
Next, in the far left background, is Snowshoe from The Whiteboard, http://www.the-whiteboard.com/index.html
Third up is Tanya Tiger, middle background wearing a The Suburban Jungle, http://roughhouse.suburbanjungle.com/ , "I'm too sexy for my shirt ...." tee. Yes, I know it references The Suburban Jungle: Classic and not the new version. BTW, the shirt is a custom skin by me.
Lastly, in the far middle background, is Wolfram "Wolf" Wolf, sans pony tail, from College Catastrophe, http://www.tigerknight.com/cc/ , and Jan's newest comic, Nine to Nine, http://www.tigerknight.com/99/ .
