lionkingcmslOn Friday evening we signed the contract to buy the house. ;=3
We did another walk through, this time knowing what we want to do to the house we can do. :=3
Smrgol then pulled up and we showed him the house and grounds. It meets with his approval and he is very happy for us.
Here are the proud lion and tigress at the front door of their new den/lair. :=3
Here is the real proud lion with his new car and house. :=3
Sometimes you can do the impossible, with a little help. :=3
Of course it helps when you have a certain celtic fox (Camstone) and cockroach (Uncle Kage) overseeing the real estate firm! :=3

We also went and bought some things to celebrate, like a brand new queen sized bed for the master bedroom. Actually my mother paid for that. ;=3
So in less than a month the lion and tigress will have a new place to lay their heads, though we won't probably move into the house until Labor Day weekend. ;=3
