You stop to buy coffee, breakfast sandwich, lunch and a 12 pack of soda and the first credit card you use is declined. Fortunately the 2nd card went through.
You get to the shop and, when you go to put your lunch into the fridge, half of it dumps on the floor. It was a hoagie, so not much of a spill to clean up.
You go to get your morning paper and no one brought any in. I get the Metro for crossword and Soduku.
When heading back to the shop you realize that you dropped your personal cell phone somewhere! I checked my car and the shop. I even called it and didn't hear it. I called the Malaga Wawa, where I stopped for my morning goodies, and someone turned it in there. Whew, what a relief.
After that the day turned out a little better. I had to go to New York to help mount a new antenna. However we ended up not doing it as the cabling we needed to tap into was ~10 feet off the ground and along live track. It will have to be done at night and on OT.
I got to walk from Penn Station NY to the portals of the North River tunnels, at track level, and got a good look at some stuff I was interested in. I even got a couple of shots of the entrance to PSNY from track level. :=3
I even wrote a little more on a story on the trip back.
All I hope is that the pool cover didn't blow back into the pool with all the high winds we've had.
