Not going down that road this year.
Aug. 7th, 2011 05:32 pmWhile looking through
altaicap's posts I noticed something. In August of 2009 and 2010 I had threatened to pull back or delete my LJ.
As I posted in 2010 it came to my attention that part of my problem was I was not seeing a mental health professional about my problem. Suffice to say last year that got changed and I am now seeing someone.
I definitely think he has helped me. Interesting fact is that Dr. Cox is from the same township I am from and graduated the same high school as I did, though 2 years earlier. It seems that this makes it easier for me to talk to him, as he is very near my age and knows the area that I grew up in.
So, I don't think I'll be pulling another stunt like the past two years. Another thing that I think has helped is trying to do a render a day. It gets my mind focused on something other than my problems.
So, sit back and enjoy the ride. :=3
