Comments about my renders
Sep. 8th, 2011 11:32 amOccasionally on the train I'm asked, when people see me doing the 3D CGI work, if I'm doing it for a game. I also get queries of what movie I am watching. ;=3
I guess people don't expect people to just play with that type of program for leisure.
I patiently explain what I'm doing and show the examples of my work. They seem genuinely interested about it.
One of the assistant conductors makes comments about me making nude women, after seeing me in the middle of a project and i hadn't clothed the model yet. ;=3
Yes, she says it in jest and I respond, "She is clothed!" when I do have a clothed woman on the screen.
A few people have even asked me for more info on the programs I use. It seems they had dabbled with some of the programs some years ago. I explain to them what is available now is light years ahead of what they were using.
