This is good for those cold nights and you don't feel like making a big meal.
You will need (Brand I used):
1 10.5 oz can condensed tomato soup (Campbell's)
1 6.5 oz can chopped clams (Bumble Bee)
1 handful of Rotini (San Giorgio)
~ 2 tablespoons minced garlic (McCormick)
~ 2 tablespoons chopped onions (McCormicK
In a medium sauce pan empty the soup and one can of water. Add the entire contents of the can of clams, juice included. Add rotini, garlic and onions.
Stir and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
If you do as I do, and eat it right out of the pot, you have a one dish meal that is good and filling. :=3
