Time to upgrade again. :=3

This time it is progeCAD, an AutoCad type program that I can run on my laptop, and Poser to PoserPro 2014. :=3

The new Poser has some interesting features that will make my scenes even better. :=3

Nice thing is that the Poser upgrade is only $199.

I would really like to find Poser, Poser 2 and Poser 3 so I can have the entire line. :=3

The folks at JP Morgan said that your hotel wasn’t a good fit for their fund. They are not doing hotel investing at this time.

I had a good feeling too.
Well, nothing ventured nothing gained. The one bright spot is Nick is a VIP with the AP, and he has many contacts.

I am looking at this realistically and know I haven't lost anything other than time.
