Black hole?

There seems to be a black hole at my house.

After the flooding from "Irene" in 2011 I couldn't find some old freight cars that needed repairs. I figured the box they were in got misplaced and I'd find it at some point. A few weeks back I was sorting through some boxes containing structures so I could put them on shelves. That's when I noticed that there a few structures that could not be accounted for. This was very odd. I still have not located the above items. For reference my rolling stock is on detailed lists, and I know what buildings I am missing, as they were very memorable.

Now u_t_tiger, smrgol_t_kirin, mooncat, and kamau_d_lyon will tell you that it would be very out of character for me to throw any scale model railroading equipment away, unless it was totally useless, and maybe not even then.

Fast forward to last Wednesday July 3rd, as I was getting ready for my trip to AC. I could not, and still cannot, locate my "fanny pack". I use it to carry my pipe and tobacco, note pad, pen, and money when I suit as Altaica.

I remember seeing it on a chair in my living room. It should be in the general vicinity of my bedroom or the kitchen, and it is not. The last time I remember using it was on my trip to Florida, in April. While it is possible that I forgot it on the train, it is highly unlikely that I did.

So 48 New Rd. may be the location of a very specific type of black hole. ;=/

This rendition of the old Amtrak herald was done in the Mind Crack version of the Feed the Beast mod pack of MineCraft.

I used marble for the pedestals, inverted red and blue lights for the outlines, glass for the spacing, and red and blue wool for the interior of the herald.

It was done in the "Creative" mode.
