Oh that long dream of winning the Powerball!

I have a place picked out, a large parcel of land near or within a wildlife reserve (negotiate purchase with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with stipulation the land remains relatively untouched beyond the homestead and I act as wildlife manager). On the land would go a decent sized tudor style home, barn/carriagehouse and archery range.

Depending on how much money I won, my first priority would be to clear my educational and consumer debt. Next, I would buy a nice house. One room would be set aside as a recording studio with an upgraded mixer. Whatever money was left over would go into a combination of savings and low-risk investment accounts.
