New signal
Nov. 27th, 2015 02:31 pmAs some of you know I had wired up my type S1 searchlight signal, from Tuckahoe, NJ, earlier in the year. I had stacked 3 PRR position light assemblies on the corner of my side porch, but had not wired them to light up.
Being today was such a nice day I decided to tackle that small project. I could not do the wiring as I wanted, but I came up with a work-around. I also had to swap out the 3 amp power supply for a 40 amp supply that I had laying around.
Here is what the house looks like when I'm home and receiving visitors:

When the searchlight is anything but proceed (green) the three vertical lights will be dark.
I do have everything I need to set up a full position light signal, but 8" u-bolts. I also would like to lay my paws on a relay cabinet, so everything, but the switch box, would be in the proper place.
