I'm in over my head with about 2 grand in CC debt, utlity bills, etc.
I need to know if anyone out there has had any experience with it.
Do I lose everything I own, except the house, which I rent?
Will I be able to keep my computer? My trains? Do they come and just take everything save for my clothes and basic kitchen wares? Some of the stuff in the house isn't mine, but on long term loan, or I'm holding for safe keeping, like parts to an interlocking machine for the RR.
