Some good news ;=3
Sep. 10th, 2004 10:30 amI was at my old two-way radio job getting the RR's radio license re-newed.
I have good relationship with the owner and the rest of the employees, which number 3. ;=3
Well, I thanked him again for putting up with me and he was a great guy to work for. It's the truth. For all the aggravation I had caused him, he kept me on and we are good friends.
He thanked me and then told me that the current tech was retiring in Feb. The following took me by surprise, he asked if I would be able to work, on an as needed basis, for he knows I work full time at the RR.
I said of course, for the winter is our slow time, and during the summer, as long as I know in advance, I could probably arrange for some time off to help out.
I won't be getting 40hrs a week, but he does pay fairly well and it will keep my paws in the technical end of things. ;=3
So things are looking up. :=3
