"What game?" you ask.

The game of phisers trying to get me to give them my personal info.

This one was "from" CitiBank, but with a twist.

This one wasn't addressed to either of my two normal e-mail acounts, or my "personal" e-mail account with the railroad, but rather to dnsadmin@ the railroad. :=/

Of course that set alarm bells off real quick.

I always have to laugh at the next to paragraphs, that indicate, to me, that either this is a "boilerplate" that many phishers uese, or it's coming from the same source:

This process is mandatory, and if you did not sign on within the nearest time your account may be subject to temporary suspension.

Please make sure you have your Citibank(R) debit card number and your User ID and Password at hand.

...if you did not sign on within the nearest time... I want to know what banker, or lawyer in the U.S. would even think of speaking like that. What does it mean? Do they mean "within a reasonable period of time..."? If so, what is reasonable? Most banks and lawyers give you a deadline, like a week or so. It is so vauge it is not funny.

...Citibank(R)... is also a dead giveaway that it is not from CitiBank. I would gather that most banks and other large corporations would shy away from the "shorthand" version of the "Registered" symbol and use the actual ® symbol instead, especially in HTML based e-mail.

So, let the games continue. Let them continue try to phish me, and I'll keep on reporting them. ;=3
