It seems the stereo vision system was featured on "Make" magazine a few times. Well, apparently people who make those robots for bomb searching and search & rescue were pretty impressed with what he did and how relatively inexpensive it was. They contacted him, I guess for some thoughts on what he did and how he did it, and realized they could do the same. They will give him credit for the concept. :=3

So for those that saw me wandering around FWA, you saw the prototype, in essence, of the next generation of robotic vehicles with eyes. ;=3

So when they do become common place, if people ask what has furry done for them, point to those robots and say, "That was inspired by a fur and a mask he wanted to be built!"

I'm glad to be the instigator of something that may, and can, save lives one day.

BTW, I should have the mask Thursday or Friday.
