As some of you know I had a sleep study done to see why I wasn't getting any quality sleep. I am/was tired all the time and very tired when I got up.
I had the study done and Monday I went to the doctor's to find out the results.
The results were very interesting. They monitored me for 333 minutes, or 5 hours 33 minutes. In that time I woke up, from a deep to light sleep, 270 times!
Only 22 of that 270 was due to sleep anpea, which is mild. The rest of that was due to my snoring and something they call "restless legs". The doctor suggested that I raise my head, using a "wedge", sleep on my side to reduce my snoring and gave me medicine for my restless legs.
I've take the medicine for 2 nights and did the other things and even now there is a difference. :=3
So, hopefully, my days will be free from tiredness from not getting quality sleep at night.
