I need to know what you think of my Scotch selection. :=3
I also have a bottle of Jameson Irish Wishkey - 12 year old blended.
So how is my scotch selection?
I know I need to get some 28 year old Macallan, but I think I'll have to wait for my income tax refund to get that. :=3

Date: 2008-01-28 04:23 am (UTC)The 25 year old Macallan is something worth having, of course.
The sherry cask Bowmore is nice as well.
If the Dalmore was the cigar malt, that would be a nice dram to have.
I've pretty given up on the blended stuff, just too harsh for my palette now.
Personally, I'd say the 28 year old Macallan would be a pass for me. I have too many found memories of the 30 year old that I had in Edinburgh looking at the Castle at sunset on my 43rd birthday.
Might want to get a bottle of Pinch to round out the selection.
I'm also have more of a Highland and Skye Scotch preference. Soooo... what's your preference? It's really about personal preference after all.

I'll think about the Pinch.
As for my tastes; any of the 15+ year old Single malts, though the Sherry Casked is nice too.
