Mmmmmm, was that ever good! :=3
May. 26th, 2008 06:12 pmI think I just had the best chicken breasts that I ever made.
Here is the receipe, bear in mind that I just added ingredients, for the glaze, on whim, but I think my "actual" measurements will be close:
Start with boneless, skinless chicken breasts
For the glaze:
1/4 cup of honey mustard (I used Dietz & Watson)
1/2 tsp of ginger
1 tsp of "Cajun Seasoning"
3 or 4 grinds of fresh black pepper
Mix the above in a heat resistant container
Light the grill and put the breasts on it.
As the breasts start cooking heat the gaze until it is runny and bubbling slightly. When it has reached that point brush it over the breasts.
Turn the breasts over when required and brush any remaining glaze on top.
Be forewarned though, that if you let the glaze get too cool it will be like glue, so keep it warm.
After the chicken is done cooking sit down and enjoy. :=3
