Well thanks to AT&T's text to voice demo and Daz's Mimic Lite I have been able to give a voice and face to a human Altaica:

The majorly talented Little Dragon is working hard to give me a version of Lemurtek's Shaharazad so she will be her anthro self.

All I need now is a woman with a mid-west accent to read the "script". :=3

I haven't heard hide nor tail of Little Dragon in like years, ever since he seemingly disappeared from the 21CF forum to work on his stuff. His work is -quality-. As for script, I'm sure there has to be someone out there in the midwest that has the right voice...
