AT&T's text to speech is okay, but there is no inflection and I'm not sure how "legal" it would be after I post it to YouTube.
Qualifications I'm looking for is a voice in the huskier range, Altaica is a big tigress, and a neutral to mid-western "accent".
Recording will be done at my lair using a professional microphone and mixing board. It should take about an hour or so. I can't pay much.
