It seems that a bat got into my house, bedroom specifically. It's a mystery on how it got in, as I don't have any open holes or windows, that I know of.

Anyway, after opening the top half of three, of the four windows, in the bedroom so it could find its way out, but not doing so, I resorted to the old get a hand towel and try to catch the critter with out hurting it. I succeeded, and boy it was not happy. It made such a chittering sound! I released out one of the windows and the proceeded to close up the windows.

I don't think it was rabid, but trying to find a warm spot. Fortunately, though Maggie saw the bat, and was tracking it, she was in no mood for trying to catch it. Of course Maggie is well fed and over 8 years old.

BTW, the renders you asked for should be done later tonight my time. :=3

I wonder if your attic space has any settling in for winter. It doesn't take much of a hole for them to get inside. If you find any, lay some plastic on the floor under the roost to protect yourself from guano damage.

Impossible for me to get to the top part of the attic. And there is no holes from that part to the rest of the house. As for the side scuttles, they are not open to the outside.

There may be one way he could've gotten in, and I'm going to close that right now.

Tonight Karol's parents were over and we were playing board game sin the living room. I happened to glance into the living room and a tiny gray mouse was sitting on the carpet. He was so lethargic from the cold(or probably rat poison the Aprt supervisors put out) he didn't even run away when I dropped a microwave plate cover over him.

I'll have to try and release him outside tomorrow when it warms up(unless the poor thing expires before then).
