Well, AC went a lot better than last year. :=3
No real drama for LK this year, save for thinking I lost a few items on the way. Seems, I didn't pack things I thought I did and one item was there, but tangled in a mess of chargers. :=/
I got some nice art work in the sketch book and a new name badge, as well as some other items I had planned to pick up.
Altaica also ended up on the news. :=3 A local TV station was doing an interview and Altaica was standing off to one side. After they were done the interview the cameraman saw her and did a long shot of her as she waved. A few furs came up to me and said they had seen Altaica on the news. The biggest thrill for her, and me, was on Saturday night, outside of Tonic, when some bystanders saw her, pointed and said, "I saw you on the news!" That was a warm feeling. :=3
Altaica was out a lot this year and did the parade. I think she made some friends with some little ones as she was wandering around outside the hotel.
I have to give a shout out to Matt and Darc Sowers of Code Name: Hunter, for putting up with me.
As always the con went by too quickly and Monday morning came way too soon. And to those we saw on the Pennsylvanian both ways, it was a neat way to start and end the con. To those that haven't taken the train to the con, do so. It beats the hassles of driving and submitting yourself to the outrageousness at the airports. :=3
