Spent some of Sunday and today in VA visiting. I had to get way from South Jersey as I was feeling "hemmed" in.

I apparently had upset the Gneech, by not letting him know sooner I was coming down. Sorry, I didn't mean to do that.

He did get me a neat gift. A lion's head that's either a puppet or a hat. :=3
Thank you very much, Gneech.

To recap Sunday's events, I almost left Mickey D's early on Saturday night, as there was some tension between me and another worker.

As I was headed down to the railroad on Sunday afternoon (about 12:30p) I decided to give one of my friends, who lives in VA, a call to see what he was doing later that night. He said he wasn't doing anything and I was welcome to come down. I then called the Gneech to tell him that I might come down, but I got his answering machine instead. I left a message and figured he would get a hold of me.

While down at the railroad four of us replaced a tie and did other track work. I was glad the temps were in the 40's and not the 80-90's. ;=/

I headed back home to change and confirmed with my other friend that I was still coming down.

After I had started my drive, by about 45 minutes, the Gneech called me back and said that he would be un-available Sunday night as he had other plans. I told him that was ok, as I was headed down to see our mutual friend anyway. At least I think I said that. :=/

Got down to VA in about 2 3/4 hours and met the other friend. Had a good time talking and just relaxing.

I did have a weird dream this morning in the meta-physical sense. Can't really explain it.

I met up with the Gneech later in the mornig and we sat and talked about many things.

Gneech, again, I'm sorry if I upset you. The mention of your gift had a part in me coming down, but the two primary reasons was to get away from SJ and pay a visit to Cam. I thought he might need a visit from a cetain crazy lion. :=3

I certainly would not drive close to 3 hours just on a whim to see someone. The chances of that person not being home are just too great.
Although I did drive 22 hours, on a whim, to see my grandparents once. But that's another story. :=3

Rest assured that I will always give you advance notice of me coming down your way to visit. If I am (was) just headed down to see you, I will (would've) wait(ed) for your return phone call before I start(ed).

I hope this sets your mind at ease.

Yeah, everything's cool. :) I've had problems with similiar situations in the past, tho, which is why it got my fur brushed the wrong way. :) -TG

I hope you had fun. It must be nice to be able to meet friends like that. ^_^
To quote Conrad: "Wow... that must be a nice feeling." :p
(Gotta go get an ice-pack, my forehead is burning up. *ugh*)

Okay, fantasy over with. I hate to see what a otter would look like swimming a whole sea in one go. ROTFLHTO, then goes back to take tablets for flu. erk.
