The "railroading lion" is also a cooking lion. ;=3
I love to cook and bake. ;=3
I had bought a cookie press at a yard sale, but have not used it as yet.
Now add in the fact I want to bake some homemade cookies, but the recipes make about 7 dozen cookies. What am I gonna do with all those cookies?
Well, I know, I'll bake the cookies for the Cape May Fur Meet!
I'll also bake one of my homemade, from scratch - not mix, spice cakes and I'll save a bit of money on chips, pretzels, etc. Not only that, I control what goes into the baked goods, so I know there will be no preservatives. Maybe I'll make a loaf of my homemade raisin-walnut bread.
The sodas will be "generic brand" 12oz cans. The cans will be easier to handle and the furs will be able to take the entire drink with them to the table.
So, not only do I have to make sure the cars are clean and everything is ready to roll down at the railroad, I'll have my paws full with baking. :=3
Oh well. It could be worse. I'll be saving money and the meet goers are getting healthy, homemade baked products. :=3
I'll still buy the chips and such, but not as much. ;=3
