They won't blame natural geophysical processes, but will try to blame some person or group of people, or humans in general.
I hate being cynical, but I can see it happening. :={

And Saturday or Sunday my area may be hit with hurricane Irene.

Only way is downwards from here on in. Putting humanity extinction by year 3000. Maybe 2700's or somewhere near there.
