Too much model railroading equipment?

While going through some old files, when I was trying to find the files for my personal home page, I came across the old SJ&W home page, when it was located on the back end of my personal web site.
One of the things I mentioned on that page was the rolling stock count for the H-O scale equipment.
Now it is time to compare then and now.
Note that the current totals only reflect what I have on hand and do not include one caboose and one freight car that are on their way after being purchased on E-bay, nor back ordered equipment from Walthers.
What is interesting to note that my passenger car count surpasses the actual count for the United Companies, the supposed predecessor company of the SJ&W, during an audit completed in 1871. At that time the UC, and affiliated roads had 221 passenger cars. I am nearing their actual count of 160 locomotives. I am, however, far short of their 2,277 freight cars. :=3
