Hi LK. I've been watching this post since you made it because I don't know who Panda Guy was...? I was hopping someone would comment before me.

pandaguy was a Washington D. C. area fur that was big into making fursuits, performing, and such. He was a sweet heart of a person, if not a tad idealistic. He arrange the Panda Guy Picnic in the Glen Echo Park, that ran for several years.

He was almost always seen, in suit, with a red balloon. If there was a fursuiter handing out balloons you could be pretty certain it was PG.

He will be greatly missed.

I'm very sorry to hear this. He sounds like someone I would have liked to have met.
