I scored six more victories against fraudulent Copyright claims on YouTube. :=3
This time Orchard Music, WMG, BFM Digital, Quiz Group Music and INgrooves had claimed that I was possibly violating their copyright regarding Richard Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries".
In my dispute I said that "Ride of the Valkyries" was composed before copyright laws (1854), and so was in the public domain, and further more I did not use any of the sources listed for the soundtrack. So all the claimants released their claims on possible copyright violations. :=3
So this is the second time I have won against unfair copyright claims. The first time was my use of "Taps" in the tribute of my mother.
so, as I said before, you can beat back the RIAA and associated bodies with their unreasonable copyright claims, if you know what you are talking about. :=3
