Not again. :={

Last night I heard of another death: that of a friend's father in-law, whom I've met. I also learned of a friend who is in the hospital with a stroke, at 47. :={

I think I have figured out what 2012 is doing to me: it is a stress test to see if I can handle major downers without going off the "deep end" myself, with out the aid of anti-depressant drugs.

To my credit I have handled everything as well as can be expected. I have had my down days, but nothing more than what I would consider normal. So if the universe has decided 2012 would be a stress test for me I think that I have passed it with no problems. Of course we still have 5 weeks in the year yet. :=/

5 weeks left in this horrible year and it will be good riddance to 2012. What a horrible year.

I'm sorry to hear about these latest unfortunate events. I hope your friend is able to make a full recovery from his/her stroke.
