Idea for a comic, which I cannot draw.

lionkingcmslWhile listening to the radio today it was mentioned that the Philadelphia owned gas company, PGW, does not play favorites. They put a lien on the houses of the mayor and DA. They also issued shut off notices for the aforementioned two.
This gave me an idea for a comic:
First panel: The devil is wandering through Hell with flames all around.
Second Panel: He comes to an area where there are no flames and a thermometer reads 80 deg F.
Third Panel: He asks a nearby demon, "Why is it so cool in here?"
Demon answers, "Well, you know we had to switch to natural gas to meet the stricter EPA regs in this region."
"So? What does that have to do with no heat?"
Possible fourth panel: "You forgot to pay the PGW gas bill and they shut us off."
"How dare they! I'm Lucifer! Evil incarnate!"
"Doesn't matter, boss. PGW doesn't play favorites."
If anyone wants to try and draw that comic go right ahead. :=3
