I normally don't do dinner posts, but I thought some of you might enjoy what I had tonight.

First pre-heat your oven to 350 deg F or 177 deg C.
You will need a large baking dish. Into which you will put the following:
I used regular long grain rice, so you need to use 2 cups of water and 2 cups of rice. Place 3 thawed boneless chicken breasts on the rice. Then empty 1 can of canned sliced carrots and 1 can of french cut green beans. I wish I had not used the rest of the sliced mushrooms earlier, because they would've been great with this dish. Thrown in about 3 teaspoons of minced garlic, some ground mustard, some tarragon leaves and onion powder.No measurements here, go with what you think will taste right. I wish I had some fresh onions instead of the onion powder.

Cover the baking dish with some foil and put in the oven for one hour.

Hopefully when it is done it will look something like this:

Now for the final test: How does it taste?
M-m-m-m-mmmmmmm! Especially with a glass of Chardonnay. As I said it could use some mushrooms, but otherwise it is a keeper.
Next time I do it I'll use fresh veggies and make sure I have mushrooms on hand.
