Update on Maggie

Thanks to a leonine friend I took Maggie to the vet. Here she is severely anemic, but otherwise okay. He has given me medication for her and I have to go back next week to see how she is doing. He thinks maybe the fleas had something to do with, but he has given me an antibiotic just in case. He does not think it is anything more serious than that because, as he said, she looks too healthy for anything else.

I'm sorry to sound a false alarm, but I was, and still am, very worried about her.
