What I'm thankful for, 1 day late

lionkingcmslIt dawned on me that I should post what I'm thankful for. You know it is quite a list.
After reading other people's posts and knowing some others in real life I guess the one thing I'm most thankful for is my health. Even with the stress of leaving my job and not eating right, at times, my health has never wavered. In the past, when I was between jobs, I existed on popcorn, pancake mix, coffee, and Diet Pepsi. Not the most healthful combination ever, but my health remained.
My friends. Some of them not only have helped me in different ways, but have helped my four-pawed alarm clock in the recent past. She has another vet visit tomorrow and I will post an up date then. Suffice to say she is almost 100%, but seems to have forgotten some of her "training".
The fact that I still have a house and electric. Through the grace of God I still have both. I'm 2 weeks late on my truck payment, but I have a feeling I will be able to keep the truck. If I don't then it is "Game Over" for me trying to get another job at Amtrak, as I'd have no way to get there.
And last, but no means least, is my family. They have supported me in numerous ways in the past and currently. They fully understand that I am who I am. They may wish I had made different choices in the past, but they support me in the ones I have made.
Notice I said different there, not better. To others the other choices may have seemed better in someway, but my family understands that I have to make the choices I, personally, see as the correct one for me at the time.
All in all, I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, for those that celebrate it, or a wonderful day yesterday. I know I'm happy the Detroit Lions mauled the Chicago Bears 34-17, and the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Dallas Cowgirls,... er ..., Cowboys 33-10. :=3
