lionkingcmsl: Me at the controls (Geep)

To put it bluntly I haven't felt like posting and nothing has really gone on since my last post. ;=/

A couple of things are on my "plate" so to speak.

first of all I plan to attend "UberCon" on Feb. 28th to demo my game "Air Traffic". I had given a copy of the game to a "MIB" to deliver to Steve Jackson Games, but I found out it never arrived. :={

I am planning to follow their guidlines and get a game to SJG later this month, for their review.

The railroad is still in a holding pattern. The weather has prevented much construction of the new line to the customers who are waiting for it.

Otherwise not much has gone on, but I do believe things will change, for the better, in the not so distant future.

Hmmm... well, you've been missed.

Guess I need to take closer care when aiming next time. =)

Bah! You couldn't have gone last year, eh? That's when I actually was there (albeit laid up in bed a good deal since I got sick when the snowstorm trapped everyone in the hotel). Sadly, no funds to go this year, but a group from my college's gaming society will be going. Make sure to pitch to people whose tags say they're from central PA.

Although if I remember correctly from last year, SJ was often in the dealers' room behind his own table working the sales. The MIBs run the demos, although he's there for the Munchkin tournament.

I'll look for you there! It's a shame we can't carpool as I'm going up Friday the 27th. I doubt I'll have games of my own to demo, because mine are so complicated that they need a lot more whipping into shape to be playable.

How close is Air Traffic to being ready to ship? You've got a definite 'buyer' here in Wisconsin.
