Well, I have to wait until the domain name clears all hurdles and becomes available again. :={

It appears my efforts to try to get the domain name changed to my account has come to naught.

I wish Jessica Blank had told people she was moving, or whatever, and had given us, since I'm not the only one according to GoDaddy, a chance to get the domains switched to our own accounts.

This means that the CMFM's official site will be down until after the meet is over for this year. Sigh. :=\

I'm lucky that I'll probably be able to pick it back up again as the domain name is so obscure that no one will probably bother with it.

Have you used Go Daddys reservation feature? They allow you to pre-pay for a domain you want, and they'll watch and snap it up for you when its available.

No I didn't.

I can't justify spending the $19 when the domain will probably not be taken. It's so obscure its not funny.

If it is taken, then I'll get .com or something like that. No biggie.
