Sep. 22nd, 2004 06:19 pmof my fursuit, but not one bidder. :=/
They are strapped for cash themselves
They are waiting to near the end so the price won't be too high.
It's not what they want.
They think there is something wrong with the quality of the suit, because the starting bid is so low ($50).
They want the head with the suit.
Part of me, the emotional side, wants to think, "They know it's LK's (ie. my) fursuit and they don't want to take it away from him, or be confused with him at a con."
The more logical part of me gives these reasons:
The last one won't happen because the head is shot and I wouldn't give it away, let alone sell it.
Any other thoughts to why no bids?

Date: 2004-09-22 11:08 pm (UTC)As it is, the pic shows the suit as being a simple jumpsuit, and unless the bidders take the whole time to read the whole description, they miss the details like the paws and such.

Date: 2004-09-23 03:27 pm (UTC)Obviously those that are not leonine would not want the suit, unless they wanted for other fursuiting activities.
I, personally, have used the suit in other ways, such as at a church's Summer Camp where the theme was "Circus" and they wanted a lion.
So there are legitimate reasons why a non-leonine may want the suit.
