For inquiring minds.
Oct. 8th, 2004 10:09 pmFor those that wondered what my computer area looks like, I present the following:

Now for the legend:
A = Monitor for my main computer. The keyboard is under the desk and the tower and scanner are on the cart to the right under desk.
B = Primary Laptop, a IBM Thinkpad 760 ELD. This is the only laptop with a fully functional screen. :=3
C = Secondary Laptop (IBM TP 760C) in docking station and aux monitor. This laptop's screen works after playing with the cover. The cover is cracked so there's not even pressure on the screen. :=/
D = Tertiary laptop (IBM TP 360C) with aux. monitor. This laptop's screen doesn't work at all. :={
Also, behind "D" is my fax machine.
Also C's and D's batteries are shot. :={
E = Computer for the CMSL whenever I get the spare office cleaned out. Notice that this 'puter has a RR themed desk top.
F = HP DeskJet 612C printer for main computer
G = Lexmark 3200 printer for the CMSL's computer.
Just visible on the lower right is an Atari 400. The black object above it is my TV set that remains off for 99.9 percent of the time. I use it mostly for computer games.
Before you ask, none of the computers are networked. :=/
Operating systems:
A = Win XP Home
B & E = Win 98SE
C = Win 95
D = Win 3.1
What is not shown, and not powered up at the moment, is my AT&T 6300Plus running DOS 3.1 and Win 1.01A. You read that right, one of the first releases of Windoze. ;=3
The things hanging off the light are my con badges. You will notice that I only have a "few" lions here and there. :=3
I think I need a bigger house with an officeas this "mess" is located in my living room. :=3
