Important: please read!

As of Sunday, May 1st, I have only two confirmed and two possible furs attending the CMFM! As I need at least 20 furs to attend you can see that this well below that number. If you are planning to attend, even if you have sent your check or money order to me, please let me know by Wed, May 11th. That is the cut-off date on me chartering the two buses.

It is not economically feasible to hold the meet with less than 30 people, but the absolute minimum is 20.

So please e-mail me at lionkingcmsl@snip.net, and put "Cape May Fur Meet - 2005" in the subject line.

Please don't forget to visit the forum and register to vote on the direction that you feel the meet should go, and a possible filming of the meet by a fellow fur.

Don't forget to visit the Cape May Fur Meet site for any other information you may need.

You know I'd come if I had more time to save up. Unfortunately I am about £140 out of affording to fly over. Only got £180 now for US flight travel account.

Hope it does work out though and that others will get to confirm that they are going.

Since I don't know when and where I will be available (my sister's graduation is Saturday, but she has to work that week(end) as well), I can't really register for all that much. I was going to play it by ear, especially since I don't know what "Cold Spring" or "Wildwood" are, and there's no information about any of that anywhere on the CMFM site.

I would need much more information to help me figure out what's going on and where.

Cold Spring is a stop where we transfer from the train to/from buses. It is, when operating, a 19th century "Living history museum", but it will not be in operation when during the CMFM.

As for Wildwood, think of a giant amusement park stretched out over 5 miles of boardwalk by the sea. ;=3

You can vist a Wildwood themed websites at Wildwood by the Sea (http://www.wildwoodbythesea.com), or Welcome to the Wildwoods, New Jersey (http://www.gwcoc.com) and the official Wildwood website (http://www.wildwoodnj.org).

Also Cape May City is a landmark on the register of national historical landmarks. Yes, the entire city, and it is filled with Victorian architecture, and many small shops.

The days are spent with us visiting the very nice Cape May County Zoo, and then going and invading Cape May City, of which the puppet population takes a very large hit, on Saturday. On Sunday we "invade" Wildwood for the rides and arcades. Much fun is had by all on both days.

Thew CMFM is not a meet where there is a lot of scheduled activities, other than transportation wise, but is, instead, a day to hang out with friends, old and new, before the hectic days of summer hit. :=3

You need to advertise even more.
