The passing of a friend. :={
May. 14th, 2005 08:08 amI just read of the passing of John "T. (Timm) Woolfe" Hey. While I never met the "Da Woof" muzzle to muzzle, he was still a friend. He had honored me by listing me as a "cook" in his cookbook a few years ago.
When I was on a.l.f. he was one of the saner and low key ones, though you didn't want to get him riled up.
I am hoping to make FC next year, and one of the furs I wanted to meet was T, even if it meant driving 5 hours to see him.
T, you will be missed. May you bathe in the everlasting glory of the Almighty.
God speed.

Date: 2005-05-14 12:42 pm (UTC)I am so sorry to hear that today. I'd read of his illness and he was on our prayer list. I know his son was sending some updates and check on the post that he made but there doesn't appear to be a way to reply (did I miss something there) so there's no way to send condolences. I'll certainly pray for him and his family.
