Update cont.
Aug. 16th, 2006 01:12 pmOK, I'm back. :=3
As I was saying, it will be interesting to own a house. We will be able to do things to the house and grounds without worrying about a landlord. With the big yard it will be possible to hold parties without wondering if the landlord will say anything. The side yard is partly fenced in, so there shouldn't be any problems with the neighbors. Also the pool will make for easy living in the coming summers. :=3
The larger house will also allow more people to sleep over without them all trying to cram in my living room. :=/
Also, with the house and ex-chicken coop storage will not be a problem, and I can finally build a decent sized layout for my trains.
Yes, we both know that owning house comes with responsibilities. I will no longer have a landlord to tell if something is broken, though I ended up doing most of the repairs anyway. Also having a second building adds more maintenance issues, but we know this.
The yard is larger, so I will need to get a garden tractor so I can mow the 3/4 acre of cleared land in something less than 8 hours it would take with a push mower. 8=0
Also, not to tell too big of a secret, today is Teri's whelpday. :=3
Oh, she's going to kill me. :=3
